Hi, I'm Cory, host of DALBAR’s Finance Lab podcast and Director of Audits and Due Diligence at DALBAR. I believe in the power of storytelling to inspire, educate, and entertain. I believe this is true of all topics, even ones that aren’t typically thought of as entertaining....like finance.
On Finance Lab, we explore finance from every angle. With in-depth and thought-provoking interviews, we aim to provide you with valuable takeaways and a fresh perspective.
I’ve spent 17 years working in financial services, consulting on topics from compliance to investor behavior. These experiences have not only shaped my understanding of finance and investing, but also fueled my passion to uncover and share unique insights.
I’m a Massachusetts guy, born and raised in Milford, MA. I received my Bachelor’s degree in economics from UMass Amherst and a law degree from New England Law | Boston.
Beyond the mic, I'm an avid sports and music fan. I watch or coach more sports than I play these days. I coach youth baseball and flag football and play a very unimpressive brand of golf. I play the guitar and piano while a fan of just about all genres of music from Chopin to Dave Matthews Band. These passions often find their way into the podcast, because a good sports analogy can explain anything, right?
